All tour prices are quoted as net price in US Dollar. Tour price does not include airport departure tax, drink and beverages, meals not listed, optional tours and personal expenses. Please note that the first class accommodation is not always available in remote Up-country destinations. n when visiting up country. Wear sensible walking shoes which can be easily removed when required.
As a deposit, 30 % of total tour price is required to confirm your tour booking. The Full payment must be made 4 weeks prior to the arrival . Payment directly make to Golden Pass Travels & Tours. We'll send you our bank details when you confirm.
No Cancellation Fees : If cancelled 30 days before the
commencement of tour.
30% of the total tour cost : If cancelled within 30 – 15 days
50%of the total tour cost : If cancelled within 14 – 7days
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will be charge 100% of the tour fare.
A change of tour date within 30 days of arrival date will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation policy is negotiable and depends on the our supplier(Hotels,Transpotation Companies, Airlines).
Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary subject , usually 2 passenger are maximum.
Child no bed - 30 % discount of adult price
Child in extra bed - 20 % discount of adult price
Child in Twin - same price as adult price
All transfers and sightseeing are accompanied by our English speaking guide. Other language speaking guides would provide upon request.
Accomodation is on twin- sharing basic with supplementary charge for single occupancy.
Two pieces of baggages not exceeding 44lbs (20kgs) per person is allowed. Any loss or damage to baggage or belongings are not responsible to the company. However, the company will assist for claims.
After commencement of travel, no refund in full or part will be given for services included in the programme which are not used by the clients.
Golden Pass Travels & Tours acts only as the agent for the passengers or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services. Therefore we have no liabilities or responsibilities for any loss, injury, accidents, damages to person or property or may cause by the tourists, including those occurred outside the tour programme. Golden Pass travels does not accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike and other causes of unforeseen circumstance. However, we will always full attention to the satisfaction of our customers due to limited facilities and unforeseen matters some irregularities might occur through it is not expected.
